187 kW Variable Frequency Drive – Fluxcon FLC500 High-Performance Vector Control
The Fluxcon FLC500 187 kW Variable Frequency Drive is a high-performance vector control drive for 3-phase electric motors, designed for demanding industrial applications where fast dynamic response, high accuracy, and reliable torque performance are essential. Thanks to its advanced vector control technology, this 187 kW VFD is suitable for both asynchronous and synchronous AC motors.
The decoupling of motor flux current and torque current enables the drive to respond extremely quickly and deliver high accuracy across a wide speed range. As a result, with sensorless vector control, 150% torque is already available from 0.5 Hz without an encoder. With encoder feedback (closed-loop vector control), 150% torque is even available from standstill.
