Compact Frequency Controller
The compact frequency controller is designed for simple applications where V/F control or Vector Control is sufficient. The simplicity of this frequency controller translates into ease of setup and robustness/reliability. Additionally, the compact design and preparation for DIN rail mounting allow for easy integration of this compact frequency controller into a panel or control cabinet. This type of frequency controller is suitable for various simple applications. Typical applications for this frequency controller include compressors, fans, pumps, conveyors, general machine building, and more. The frequency controller is suitable for asynchronous AC motors / 3-phase motors / squirrel cage motors. The control method is based on V/F (Voltage Frequency ratio) with slip compensation and Vector Control. Control can be achieved using digital inputs and a potentiometer, as well as through the operation of the display. Special heavy-duty coating of the electrical components provides protection against dust, moisture, chemical exposure, and vibrations. The compact frequency controller is designed with the aim of minimizing EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and complies with the European Directive 2002/95/EC, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment.
