When do you have a reflection period?

The consumer (not business customers) has a legal cooling-off period of 14 days if he buys something. We believe that´s too short for technical products like ours. We therefore have a maximum returnperiod of 21 days for unused products in their original packaging.

The reflection period starts the day after delivery. If you want to return your purchase, please send an e-mail to info@fluxcon.nl

We will refund the purchase price within 1o days of canceling the purchase. The shipping and delivery costs are not refundable.

You are not entitled to a full refund of your purchase price if the product has been specially produced for you or if the seal of a product has been broken.
