110 kW VFD with STO – Fluxcon FLC520 High Performance Vector Control
The Fluxcon FLC520 110 kW variable frequency drive is a high performance vector control inverter
for 400V (three-phase) electric motors, featuring a built-in Safe Torque Off (STO) function compliant with IEC 62061.
Specifically designed for industrial applications where functional safety, fast dynamics and reliable
torque behaviour are essential. Suitable for both asynchronous and synchronous AC motors.
Thanks to the dual-channel STO input (H1/H2) with safety monitoring output (DM+/DM−), external safety
contactors are no longer required. In sensorless vector control, 150% torque is already available from 0.5 Hz.
With encoder feedback (closed loop), 150% torque is even available from standstill.

The built-in PLC function supports up to 16 preset speeds via digital I/O. The integrated PID controller
enables process control via an analog signal.
